1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 4777pet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 4777pet website or its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

4777pet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English and govern all interactions between the Player and 4777pet. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

1.1 Scope of Services

4777pet provides an online gaming platform that includes, but is not limited to: sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey), live casino games (including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Andar Bahar), slot games, crash games, bingo, and other game formats made available from time to time. The availability of specific products, games, or features may vary and 4777pet reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw any offering without prior notice.

1.2 Governing Language

All communications between 4777pet and its players — including support correspondence, account notifications, bonus terms, and these Terms — are conducted in English. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) is the reference time zone for all deadlines, bonus expiry windows, and time-sensitive account actions referenced throughout this document.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of 4777pet is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 4777pet enforces a strict minimum age requirement and operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction, and you have not previously been permanently excluded from 4777pet.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, consultant, or close relative of any employee or director of 4777pet or any affiliated entity or game provider.
• Participating in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are currently located. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.1 Geographic Access

4777pet is designed and marketed primarily for adult players located in Bangladesh. The platform interface, payment options, and customer support are all optimised for the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law do so entirely at their own risk. 4777pet accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's access to the platform in a prohibited jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming on 4777pet, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. Each individual may hold only one registered account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address (if requested), and preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly should any details change. 4777pet reserves the right to suspend accounts where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 4777pet requires all account holders to complete a KYC verification process. This process is designed to confirm your identity, verify your age, and authenticate your payment method. The documents we may request include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account)
• Any additional documentation that may be required at the discretion of the compliance team

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. Redacted, edited, or otherwise tampered documents will not be accepted and will result in immediate account suspension pending further investigation. 4777pet aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 4777pet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised activity on your account, you must notify us immediately at support@4777pet.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 4777pet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment methods listed below. 4777pet does not accept credit card payments, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed as approved.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100; withdrawals credited to registered bKash number
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100; withdrawals credited to registered Nagad number
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳100; withdrawals credited to registered Rocket account
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳100; withdrawals credited to registered Upay account

The payment method used for deposits must match the payment method used for withdrawals wherever technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their legitimate source. 4777pet reserves the right to request additional verification if a withdrawal method differs from the deposit method.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 4777pet account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. 4777pet does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 4777pet's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 4777pet finance team after KYC verification has been completed. The target processing time for approved withdrawals is 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside normal processing hours, or during periods of high demand, may take up to 24 hours. 4777pet does not impose withdrawal processing fees, though your payment provider's standard fees may apply. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months or more. 4777pet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts where a balance exists, up to a maximum equivalent to the remaining account balance. 5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

4777pet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to any bonus is stated on the individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule, slots contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, including Baccarat and Roulette, typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting wagers may contribute at a variable rate depending on the odds and market selected. Playing on games with a lower contribution rate will extend the time required to clear the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse & Fraud Prevention

4777pet employs active monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using technically risk-free betting patterns (such as covering all outcomes of a single event) to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit promotion mechanics; and providing false information during registration to qualify for promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, 4777pet reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently exclude the player from all future promotions.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 4777pet, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any game mechanic
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage; any winnings obtained via a known or suspected software error are subject to being voided
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers based on information that is not publicly available
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other users via any communication channel
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or access-control measure implemented by 4777pet

4777pet reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, account access and pending withdrawals may be placed on hold. The outcome of investigations is final and binding. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited where permitted under applicable law.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 4777pet support at support@4777pet. Upon receiving your closure request, we will process the closure within 24 hours subject to there being no pending withdrawal requests, ongoing investigations, or outstanding bonus obligations. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC verification, provided all applicable conditions have been met.

7.2 Involuntary Suspension or Termination

4777pet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Evidence of or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, money laundering, or match-fixing
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account action
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period at any time. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted by contacting support@4777pet and specifying the desired exclusion duration (minimum 6 months). 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4777pet, its directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or temporary inaccessibility of any game or service
• Losses caused by delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay
• Losses arising from your failure to properly secure your account credentials
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or out of date
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activities on the platform

4777pet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, free from error, or free from interruption. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows where reasonably practicable.

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the 4777pet platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page designs, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of 4777pet or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 4777pet. Unauthorised use of platform intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

8.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual bonus terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 4777pet with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
